Mark is an Organisational Change Leader and Management Consultant with internationally recognised expertise in designing and delivering corporate governance and integrity programs for organisations in Australia and overseas. Mark has delivered strategic and operational outcomes for many organisations in the fields of business improvement, innovation and value for money enhancements. Mark is a renowned speaker and corporate educator, known for skilling leaders to actively improve professionalism and ethical conduct within their organisations.

Mark lectures on the QUT Executive MBA program regarding corporate governance where he combines his professional knowledge with over twenty-five years leadership, front line and community service delivery experience in Disaster and Crisis Management, Emergency Response, Policy Development, as well as Program and Project Management, to provide executives with quality advice.

Mark has designed and led change programs, infrastructure and personnel projects assisting large agencies and companies to adapt to and operate within highly complex dynamic environments.

Lead change to ensure the Qld Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) delivers services in line with the strategic and operating needs of its clients (public safety agencies including Police, Fire and Ambulance), this included creating service agreements between PSBA and its clients by leading collaborative processes which created fruitful working relationships. And designing and embedding a new agency wide Service Delivery Framework and Ethos.

Managed projects relating to a A$500M project to create a new Police Academy and Operations Facility for the QPS. This included delivering a state of the art driver training facility.
