Vaxa Group personnel were instrumental in Toll’s successful campaign to secure NSW and ACT aeromedical helicopter retrieval contracts in 2014. We assisted the team with strategy, positioning and the development of competitive tender documents. We also provided guidance and coaching during interactive selection processes with the client (NSW Ambulance) including the defining Best and Final Offer (BAFO) phase. The contract is valued at $1Billion and has been successfully implemented with helicopter medical transport services delivered each day across NSW and ACT. Vaxa Group continues to support Toll with competitive tender strategy and documentation.
The outcome – Vaxa Group was an essential part of the successful business development strategy and campaign to deliver Toll’s largest ever helicopter contract and the largest contract of its type in Australia.
