Endeavour Foundation is Australia’s largest provider of support services to people with a disability. They support over 4000 clients providing employment opportunities and assisting with vital services within the NDIS. They operate lotteries, industry based manufacturing and supply chain activities and support services. Requiring stabilisation and growth, Vaxa was engaged to provide a comprehensive sales, marketing and communications strategy. On delivery of the recommendations, Vaxa was retained to implement the requirements with the provision of an Acting EGM of Sales and Marketing, Data Analyst and Fundraising and Community Engagement Manager.
