The QRA is a Queensland State Government subsidiary providing preplanning and recovery to reduce the impacts of natural disasters in Queensland.

In April 2017 both before and after Cyclone Debbie hit North Queensland, QRA engaged Vaxa to provide integrated supply chain and logistics strategy linking Government, commercial and NGO response and recovery efforts.

The outcome Working within the Situation Room and the State Disaster Coordination Centre with ADF, Qld Police, Queensland Fire and Emergency Service, and other Government agencies, Vaxa assisted in the planning and execution of life support assistance to the affected regions.
