Stockland, Australia’s largest diversified property group, has a national asset portfolio requiring ongoing professional support. Since 2011 we have supported numerous community and master planning projects to achieve planning approvals in partnership with Stockland colleagues and other consultants. Through effective stakeholder engagement and communications, we have built support and reduced approval risks across significant local, state and federal planning processes. A highlight has been the successful approval of the Caloundra South master plan across 2014 and 2015, an eventual new community of 50,000 residents.
The outcome – Vaxa has added value to Stockland assets through effective stakeholder engagement and communications, with ongoing retention based on our consistently high performance.
